“I am proud and privileged to be part of a team who are committed to ensuring all achieve their potential regardless of their background.”
I have been Executive Principal at Lansdowne Infants and Eton Park Junior since September 2017. I have worked in the local community, in a variety of roles, for 20 years and I am passionate about improving life chances for the children who live here.
I am an advocate of lifelong learning and it is something I try to foster in both my children and staff. To reflect this, I am currently studying for the NPQEL with Ambition Institute.
During my career, I have had the privilege of working with a number of staff and schools through a variety of roles, such as student mentor for Warwick University and as Every Child a Writer consultant with Staffordshire County Council. I have a particular interest and expertise in English and special educational needs. School improvement is my high priority and is always research-led.
Outside of school, I am never happier than when I have my nose in a book.
