 I have been in education for 32 years now and seen a lot of changes. What is the anchor that has kept me motivated in all that time? Remaining passionate and determined about the power of education and the difference it makes. Providing high quality education in its widest sense for all the children and young people in our care is what we are all about, it is our duty.    I believe that by us all doing the best we can, will give rise to many healthy, happy and successful people.  

I believe in our values - 'work hard, be kind, choose wisely'.  If we all play our part, we can be such a high performing team, enriching lives and supporting positive change.  I believe in empowering our leaders to lead with confidence and clarity.  We shape solutions together with transparency and integrity.  We have designed our central support to allow our educational leaders to lead, our teachers to teach and our students to learn.
