14.5 Hours for 39 weeks (permanent) with an additional 11.5 hours up to 15th January 2021, which may be extended for a further period

Contract Type:

Permanent – Part Time with an additional Fixed Term contract for 11.5 hours as detailed above

Start Date:

Richard Wakefield is a part of The de Ferrers Trust. We are a Multi Academy Trust currently based in Staffordshire and Derbyshire. We consist of 3 Secondary Academies and 4 Primary Academies.

At Richard Wakefield C.E. Primary Academy, everyone works with pride to achieve their personal best. There are 252 pupils aged from 3 to 11 years. Many of the children live in the lovely village of Tutbury, which is about 5 miles from Burton-upon-Trent. The school is fortunate to have the spectacular setting of Tutbury Castle in the background.

The Candidate

We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and knowledgeable TA, who will work with children on an individual and group basis to ensure they receive the very best education and support in school.

You will have a NVQ Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant experience. You will also have a First Aid training as appropriate.
