Pro-rata - £18,706.20 - £19,851.90 for the hours advertised

Hours:

37 hours at 39 weeks, Term Time plus INSET days.

The Candidate

Are you an energetic, creative individual who can relate positively to young people?  This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside teaching staff, establish supervisory skills and to develop in the management of school classes. Our Cover Supervisors play a vital role in contributing to the culture, ethos and well-being of the whole  Academy and to work alongside the teaching staff to be role models for our students, demonstrating the highest standards of teamwork, collaboration and respect.

The successful candidate will possess good personal and communication skills, be systematic and be keen to work in an educational environment. The Academy is looking for a passionate, dedicated, and motivated individual who is committed to ensuring that all students make progress.  

With a resilient nature and an ability to adapt to different groups of students and different subject area; a high level of literacy and numeracy; the confidence to make a difference in the classroom and enjoy working with young people. Experience of working with or relating to young people, and to have a commitment to their welfare, education and development is also highly desirable.
