Grade DFT 7 £27,041 - £31,346 (£15,001 - £17,390 pro rata)
Permanent – 22.5 hours, term time only + 3 weeks (41 weeks)
The de Ferrers Trust is a Multi Academy Trust currently based in Staffordshire and Derbyshire. We currently consist of 3 Secondary Academies and 4 Primary Academies.

Granville Academy has an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual with proven experience as a Careers Leader within education to join the team.
Under the direction of the Vice Principal, you will co-ordinate and lead the CEIAG provision and prepare and implement a careers programme for all students. Providing high quality information, advice and guidance enabling students to make informed decisions about their future learning and employment pathways. You will also coordinate and implement an annual work experience programme for all students in year 10.
You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, an ability to relate to students, and working knowledge of the D2N2 Employability Framework and Gatsby benchmarks.
