Recruitment during school closure periods and social distancing
It is our intention to continue our recruitment processes throughout this period. Due to the current schools closure period in place due to COVID-19, it is likely that methods of recruitment will be altered. Once we are in a position to confirm the nature of processes, we will contact shortlisted applicants with details.
It is likely these will involve virtual interviews with some creativity as to how to run any assessment tasks.
To ensure that all the children and young people in our care have the opportunity to fulfil their potential through achieving highly, regardless of their ability or background.

Maintained schools must also follow the requirements set out in the School Staffing (England) Regulations 2009 and appointments in academies must be made in line with any relevant requirements set out in the funding agreement and the Education (Independent School Standards) regulations 2014.
