The Pingle Academy

The Pingle Academy is a part of The de Ferrers Trust. We are a Multi Academy Trust currently based in Staffordshire and Derbyshire. We consist of 3 Secondary Academies and 4 Primary Academies.

The Pingle Academy is a co-educational, comprehensive, secondary school for students aged 11-18 years.  It is situated on a large secure site at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. We benefit from a wide range of specialist facilities, including a floodlit astro-turf area, Learning Support Base, Autism Resource Centre and a purpose built Sixth Form Centre.

The Candidate

We are seeking to appoint Exam Invigilators to join the team of invigilators to assist with the supervision of students during examinations in accordance with Examination Board regulations. Full training will be given.

The successful candidates are expected to be flexible as the times will vary depending on the exams timetable. It is a requirement of the post that the appointed persons are available for work during the exam periods during the academic year. These are usually 2 weeks in November, 1 week in January, 2 weeks in February/March and the beginning of May through to the end of June. Salary will be paid at the rate of £9.62 per hour plus holiday pay.
