Eton Park Junior Academy
Location: Burton-on-Trent, DE14 2SG
Trust Grade 6 £22,911 – £25,801 (FTE) £19,807 - £22,306 (Actual salary)
This temporary position will be offered at 37 hours per week, working weeks are Term Time working hours to be discussed at interview.

Eton Park Junior is a purpose built Academy for pupils between the ages of 7 and 11. Our focus is on learning and the personal development of all learners. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic member of staff to work under the director of Senior Staff to provide pastoral support to pupils and advice to parents in order to improve educational outcomes. To act as Alternative Designated Lead for safeguarding.
The successful applicant will work with outside agencies, regular contact and meetings with parents, work with students on a 1 to 1 and group basis, monitor attendance, liaise with EWO in order to raise attendance so that it is in line with national and county attendance initiatives and requirements. They will also be responsible for undertaking administration of pupils and may line manage other staff.
