The de Ferrers Trust is a Multi Academy Trust currently based in Staffordshire and Derbyshire. We consist of 3 Secondary Academies and 4 Primary Academies.

The Pingle Academy

Location: Swadlincote, DE11 0QA

The Pingle Academy is looking to appoint a well organised individual to support the Site Resources Manager in the maintenance and cleanliness of the Academy and its grounds.

The role provides efficient and effective caretaking support to the Academy including ensuring that the security and general appearance of the buildings and surrounding areas are maintained in accordance with the required standards. 

You will support the Site Resources Manager in the management of site Health and Safety and visiting contractors whilst following Academy policy. You will also have the responsibility of key holder keeping the site secure at all times, ensuring systems are in place for emergencies, attending call outs, weekend maintenance and emergency repairs/boarding up to secure the school premises as necessary.

This role is offered at 37 hours per week, working whole year round.
