The de Ferrers Trust is a Multi Academy Trust currently based in Staffordshire and Derbyshire. We currently consist of 3 Secondary Academies and 4 Primary Academies.

You will work under the direction of senior staff, supporting the teachers in monitoring the behaviour of students. A key focus will be monitoring, management and improvement of behaviour with the aim of improving learning.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience of working in an education setting committed to the inclusion agenda and working with students demonstrating challenging behaviour or dealing with disadvantaged circumstances, and / or of helping students with underdeveloped basic skills.
The position will be offered at 37 hours per week, working weeks are 39.2 weeks Term Time + 1.2 weeks
