Recruitment during the current COVID-19 pandemic
It is our intention to continue our recruitment processes throughout this period. Due to the current situation with COVID-19, it is likely that methods of recruitment will be altered. We will detail the recruitment process with shortlisted applicants.
It is likely these will involve virtual interviews with some creativity as to how to run any assessment tasks.
To ensure that all the children and young people in our care have the opportunity to fulfil their potential through achieving highly, regardless of their ability or background.
